The 4-stars sea shore holiday village includes family houses and apartments, reception area, shopping and recreation facilities, restaurants and services. The design is lead by two main principals – to create a clear structure of different modules, which would be the canvas for detailed housing development; and to give all houses the opportunity of having good view of the sea. Heights and densities of the buildings decrease down the hill. Every house steps back so that the back house could have view of the sea. The car access is limited to the ring road. Large pedestrian street with a car parking below descends to the beach. A swimming pool with many recreation activities is situated on the top.
