The housing estate is situated at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. It provides security and comfort in a natural environment. The scheme has 96 dwellings in total. It includes single family, twin and row houses. Depending on the housing type, the total built-up area ranges from 250 m² to 450 m². The houses are two storied with garages. The living area is flexible, always opened to the garden. Covered terraces provide the integrity of the inner and outer space. The use of natural finishing materials - wood, stone and white plaster create the specific image of the housing estate. The overhanging roofs, the cantilevered upper floor and the retaining walls, made of stone, interprete the local architectural traditions in a modern way.
