This is a concept project for a small shopping center on a main road in the city center of Skopje. It includes 4 underground floors with parking, supermarket facilities, spa center with fitness and pool area, 2 retail floors and a food court and restaurants floor. There is a office floor on top of the building. There are inline shops both sides of an atrium void.
The building is compact. As the traffic flows, the folding facades discover to the passing cars specific parts of the entrance, shop fronts or restaurants terraces. The facade illumination attracts people’s attention and creates a landmark project.
